Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise wood painting and finishing operations.
- Perform high-quality wood coating and finishing.
- Prepare samples using stains, polyurethane, lacquer, veneer, decorative paints, and gold leaf finishes.
- Ensure accurate color matching and premium finishing quality.
- Lead and supervise a team of painters.
- Manage packing and delivery of finished materials.
- Follow technical specifications and quality standards.
Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in Paint Technology or Relevant Field
- Strong experience in wood finishing and painting supervision
- Leadership and team management skills
- Indian Nationals Only
