Job Description: 

1. Chiller Technicians – Troubleshooting for all types of chiller shutdowns/trips. Compressor mechanic issues, control issues, cooler leakages, overhauling of the compressor. Knowledge in oil top-up of screw compressor, condenser leakage, expansion valve, chiller water stainer, water pump control issues & chiller water system related issues.
2. Split Ac Technicians – Troubleshooting of all types of ac (window, wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, standalone, DX, VRF, package, etc). Knowledge in brazing, chemical servicing, flushing of the full system. Installation of new units modification of thermostat (12v to 24v or 220v). Modification of compressor (rotary to piston type) & troubleshooting of gas leakages.
3. Pump Technicians – Troubleshooting all types of control issues (transfer pump, booster pump, filter pump, chiller water pump, submersible pump, circulation pump, pressurization pump, etc.). Knowledge in replacing or repairing suction & discharge pipelines (PPR, ms, PVC, high pressure, copper, HTPE, etc.
4. Control Technicians – Maintenance & troubleshooting knowledge in all types of chiller & compressor, HVAC control panels include a chiller, all a/c units (ahu package, dx units, etc), and knowledge in BMS programming & functions.

Experience: Candidate must have ITI/Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of GCC maintenance experience.

Salary: Negotiable
