Free Recruitment – ROOBDEV Global Innovations Pvt. Ltd invites applications for experienced Lead Workers to join the shutdown manpower team for Qatar’s prestigious Q-Chem and RLOC Turnaround Project. This is a face-to-face recruitment opportunity in Chennai with free recruitment services provided.
Interview Dates: May 6th to May 9th, 2025
Venue: No.105, Tiruppur Kumaran Street, near MMDA Signal, Vinayakapurm, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600106
Position: Lead Workers
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of shutdown experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors
- ITI or Diploma qualification
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of the Permit to Work system
- Expertise in Mechanical, Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E), Fabrication, and Civil Works
- Strong commitment to safety standards
- Proven ability to guide and manage work crews
Selection Process:
- 4-day interview campaign
- Day 1: Written English Test
- Day 2 & 3: Training sessions (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Day 4: Face-to-face interview
Tea, coffee, and lunch will be provided during training days.
Mobilization will begin from September 2025.
