JOB POSITIONS:

• FACILITIES ENGINEER
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
  Minimum 2-5 years’ proven experience in FM essential
• HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
  High School or Diploma or Degree
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar field
• FACILITIES SUPERVISOR
  ITI or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical
  3 years’ supervisory experience or 5 years’ technical experience in FM
• MULTI SKILLED SUPERVISOR
  ITI or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in FM industry as a building service technical supervisor maintaining and repairing electrical & mechanical facilities
• MEP SUPERVISOR
  ITI Electrical or Mechanical/Diploma Electrical or Mechanical / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanical
  Minimum 3 years’ of experience in FM industry as a building service technical supervisor maintaining and repairing electrical facilities
• MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN
  ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical
  5 years’ experience in a similar ‘role in FM
• MEP TECHNICIAN
  ITI/ Diploma Electrical or mechanical
  5 years’ experience in a Mechanical
