Job Positions:

1. Quantity Surveyor – Landscape Domain.

Qualifications:

• All Candidates must possess Technical Qualifications in relevant positions.

Experience:

• All Candidates should have Experience of a minimum of 7-8 Yrs in Pre-Contact & Post-Contact Quantity Surveying.

Job Location: Bahrain

Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineering/ Horticulturist Degree holder with, a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying with GCC experience in QS procedures (Cost estimation, BOQ preparation, Pre Tender Estimation, Tender preparation & Analysis, Variation Analysis, etc) related to Landscaping Industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera is required. Must be able to work under pressure and should possess excellent communication Skills. Be highly organized and demonstrate the ability to support project managers on all contract-related matters.
