Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• For assigned Risk Professionals, a bachelor’s degree in risk management or a related discipline.
• A minimum of Twelve (12) years of related experience is required.
• Internal analytical skills certification, which may be waived with possession of an equivalent professional certification, a relevant graduate degree and/or significant demonstrable work record in the Practice of planning & performance management.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel is required.
• Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools are required.
• Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant
  professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• For assigned Risk Professionals, demonstrable knowledge of leading risk management governance and control practices is required. Six (6) years of direct risk management-related experience is required.
• Possession of a relevant professional certification (e.g., IRM, GARP, PRIA) is preferred.
• Excellent command of oral & written English
• B.S. degree in Engineering discipline, an MBA is preferable.
• At least eight years experience in refining business, including technical
  and commercial aspects.
• Experience using LP models is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles and
  calculation methods.
• Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices.
  Linear Programs (LP) Modeling Engineer – 5502 – FUELS JRE27345
• Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical Engineering related field, MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Min. 10 years of professional experience in oil and refinery industries, with an in-depth understanding of crude, gas, NGL and refinery processing units.
• Expertise in LP modeling, with at least three years of experience in Aspen Technology’s PIMS model.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles and calculation methods.
• Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in business optimization for major chemicals and refining projects, and a deep understanding of associated operations and integration of assets.
• Excellent understanding of financial analysis and valuation methodologies, commercial principles and mechanisms related to a transaction, and various types of commercial transactions.
• Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices
