Job Opportunity for KNPC Oil & Gas Maintenance (Instrument) in Kuwait. Long-Term Project.

Positions Available:

1. Instrument Engineer

• Vacancies: 10
• Salary: 1,100 KD (Basic + Food)
• Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance of Process Control Instrumentation in Hydrocarbon Refinery or similar operating plants in the Oil and Gas Industry.

2. Instrument Supervisor

• Vacancies: 30
• Salary: 600 – 800 KD (Basic + Food)
• Qualification: Three years (Full-time course) Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from a recognized technical institution or polytechnic.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in maintenance of process control instruments in oil refinery/petrochemical plants/fertilizers. Good working knowledge of various process control instruments and skill to check, calibrate, and repair them up to the DCS system.

3. Instrument Foreman

• Vacancies: 27
• Salary: 400 – 600 KD (Basic + Food)
• Qualification: Three years (Full-time course) Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from a recognized technical institution or polytechnic.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in maintenance of process control instruments in oil refinery/petrochemical plants/fertilizers. Good working knowledge of various process control instruments and skill to check, calibrate, and repair them up to the DCS system.

4. Instrument Technician

• Vacancies: 50
• Salary: 350 – 425 KD (Basic + Food)
• Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary School Examination (12 Years of schooling) and ITI or NCVT (two years full-time course) in Instrumentation/Electronics trade.
• Experience: Seven years of experience in the maintenance of pneumatic and electronic instruments related to Refinery/Petrochemical. Must have a high level of troubleshooting skills on electronic & pneumatic instruments.

5. Instrument Mechanic

• Vacancies: 25
• Salary: 250 – 350 KD (Basic + Food)
• Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary School Examination (12 Years of schooling) and ITI or NCVT (two years full-time course) in Instrumentation/Electronics trade.
• Experience: Six years of experience in refinery/petroleum/fertilizers. Good basic knowledge of calibration works.
