Required Skills:

Slurry Circuit Activities:-

• Slurry Pumps (1600-g-003a/b/c) Frequent Strainer Cleaning.
• Slurry Pumps Discharge Nrv Choking/inspection.
• Slurry Pump Replacement Based on Requirement (One Spare Pump With Special Coating is Available).
• Periodic Inspection of Slurry Circuit Piping Especially 1600-fv-316 & 1600-tv-390 Upstream and Downstream Spools.
• Frequent De-choking/flushing Requirement in Slurry Circuit Piping.
• Pall Filters (1600-me-008-v1/v2/v3/v4) Replacement as Per Requirement.
• Slurry Circuit Pumps Mechanical Seal Leakage Especially 1600-g-004a/b. 1220-g-003a&b Frequent Strainer Cleaning/de-coking Due to Plugging
• Catalyst Circuit Maintenance Like Valves Replacement, RO Replacement, and FSS / TSS Area Jobs.

1680 Waste Heat Boiler Lancing Cleaning Jobs:-

• Servicing and Cleaning of Rfcc Plant -waste Heat Boiler Tubes (1680-whb-001)
• The Objective of These Works Is Required for Cleaning the Waste Heat Boiler Tubes (37) Nos. Daily in Order to Prevent the Build-up of Deposits Inside the Tubes and Keep Them in Reliable and Working Condition. The Scope of Work Includes Preforming the Following Necessary Task
  Under Company Supervision, in Addition to Core Maintenance Support Activities All Tubes (37 Nos.) Cleaning Windows End Blinds to Be Opened.
• Remove the Refractory Plug From the Lance Port With the Assistance of Two Persons. 2 Persons Will Hold the Crowbar on Both Sides to Avoid the Plug From Swing Down.
• Insert the Lancing Nozzle With Supply Plant Air to the Port for Cleaning the Tube (9 Nos.) and Carry Out One by One Until All the Tubes Are Cleaned.
• Insert the Lancing Nozzle With Supply Plant Air to the Port for Cleaning the Tube (9 Nos.) and Carry Out One by One Until All the Tubes Are Cleaned.
• After Cleaning/lancing, Re-fix the Refractory Plug Which is Attached to the End Blind With the Help of Two Persons, and Fix the Bolt and Nut. If the Refractory Plug Was Damage, Replace It Before Boxing Up.
• Follow the Same Procedure Until Finishing Tubes Cleaning.
