Job Details for Refinery Operation

Job Positions:

1. Operations Foremen – 6 Nos.

• Salary: SAR.20,000-25,000 Basic
• B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) Or 3 yrs. diploma with 15+ years exp. in process plant operations.
• Able to read & prepare CAD drawings, and follow safety standards including Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc.
• Must have excellent communication & leadership skills.

2. Control Room Operators (Gasification) – 07 Nos.

• Salary: SAR.15,000-20,000 Basic.
• B.E/B.Tech (Mech or Chemical) with 5+ years exp. (or 3 Diploma with 10 yrs.) in plant operations through DCS, fixing, troubleshooting, tracking, logging & monitoring emissions, etc.
• Must have competencies in SARU, SRU, AGR & HRU Operations. Fluids & Pneumatics, Motors & Generators, Instrument Control, OTS & DCS.

3. Control Room Operators (PB Utility) – 07 Nos.

• Salary: SAR.15,000-20,000 Basic
• B.E/B.Tech (Mech or Chemical) with 05 years exp. (or 3 Diploma with 10 yrs.) in plant operations through DCS fixing, troubleshooting, tracking, logging & monitoring emissions, etc.
• Oversee, monitor, control & optimize the processes of the site through remote control. Assess & interpret standard displays, maintenance alarms & systems diagnostics.
• Monitor & act on Utility services like Electricity, Water, Gas, Nitrogen, Oxygen, etc.

4. Shift Supervisors (Gasification) – 10 Nos.

• Salary: Negotiable
• B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) with 10 yrs. exp. (or Diploma with 15 yrs.) in process plant operations, Hydrogen Recover Units (HRU), Sulphur Recover Units (SRU), Rectisol adsorption process, Ethane cracker, HOFCC or ATR (Auto Thermal Reforming), or Refinery Process (Or equivalent).

5. Shift Supervisors (PB Utility) – 10 Nos.

• Salary: Negotiable
• B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) with 10 yrs. exp. (or Diploma with 15 yrs.) in process plant operations. Provide Operations guidance to ensure the safety, reliability & maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, & safety/security systems.
• Provide Operations support & guidance during the commissioning of the plants.
• Maintain accurate document control & monitor quality assurance initiatives.
• Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the basic safety procedures of the Company which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc.

6. Switch Board Operators (HV) – 18 Nos.

• Salary: SAR.15,000 – 20,000 Basic
• B.E/B.Tech (Electrical) with 05 years of exp (or Diploma with 10 yrs.) in plant operations.
