Job Position: Painting Supervisor

Salary: Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Qualification: Degree / Diploma / ITI

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop finishing samples independently.
Apply stain and polyurethane finishes on veneer surfaces.
Perform lacquer and decorative painting work.
Execute gold leafing and premium finishing techniques.
Ensure accurate color matching according to project specifications.
Supervise painters and finishing teams.
Manage material handling, packing, and delivery processes.
Maintain quality standards and finishing excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Strong experience in wood finishing, decorative painting, and lacquer coating.
✔ Knowledge of stain and polyurethane applications on veneer surfaces.
✔ Ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards.
✔ Expertise in color matching and finishing techniques.
✔ Previous supervisory experience managing painting teams.
✔ Good communication and leadership skills.
